- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely Horrible! Completely unorganized! Showed up for my scheduled appointment for 9am. Doors locked. I call, I knock I called my dr's office to make sure I had the right time and day. I did. I waited 40 minutes for someone to show up only to be told that Dr Shone isn't in on Tuesdays. They tried to pass the buck to my drs office saying they faxed over a new appointment date, which they didn't do nor could they find my "new appointment date". If I could give ZERO stars I would. Very upset as I had to book the morning off work, and waste gas going there from out of town. I will NOT be rebooking an appointment as I cannot trust this office to have it on file/show up.by Dayna ChurchillOctober 16, 2017
