  Told the doctor what was wrong with my nose and because of what happened he immediately judged me didn't look me in the eye just looks at his computer screen doesn't even look in my nose asks my what I think is wrong and writes me some random prescription. Great Canadian health care at its finest this is what I pay MSP for?! Don't go here insincere judgmental doctors. How can you comfortably give me a prescription just by taking my word for it why can't you at least look at my nose or look at me while I talk? Can't believe my experience. I'm livid. Don't see Dr.Datnonye Douglas. Joke of a doctor careless selfish judgmental man. I ask for a doctors help because of my problem and he couldn't even look at me while I spoke to him just started at his screen and said 'what do you want me to do abiut it' I will be reporting him. Just sent a complaint to the College of Physicians and surgeons of BC to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Now I need to go see a doctor that cares because I don't trust this man.

  We are supposed to have a family Doctor there, in the past 3 months each time we make an appointment we get a call telling us the appointment has be cancelled. My husband had one of his appointments cancelled 3 times. I feel sorry for the girls up front, they are the ones that take the brunt of it from patients. I even booked a day off work for an appointment only to have it cancelled 3 hours before. I was lucky that day to be able to be seen by another doctor.
