  My son and I went to the Westland Insurance Group at Highstreet Shopping centre in Abbotsford, with what we thought would be a long, challenging and frustrating experience. We were met by Laurie Chalmers and from beginning to end we had a great experience. She went well beyond her job to try to rectify a situation that had risen with the insuring of my son's car and dealt with it with nothing less than determination and excellent customer service. My son is in university working towards a business degree and she set forth a perfect example of how to do business in the real world with real customers. She earned our respect and loyalty. Thank you again for the great service!
